We’ll get you scheduled in the best possible program and time slot available. *The Tidewater Performance Center understands that life gets busy for everyone and sometimes things come up. If you are scheduled for a personal or semi-private training session and can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get you rescheduled at a better time. If you are running late for a personal or semi-private session, we understand and will give you the safest, most comprehensive workout possible in the time left in your appointment. For small group training sessions, for both fitness and sports performance clients: if you are running more than 15-minutes late, we recommend you cancel your reservation and come back for the next scheduled session. Our trainers want to ensure you are properly warmed up before working out with the group.
