
Tidewater Performance offers trainer-led fitness at various levels of personalization and pricing. There’s something for every client, every budget, every fitness enthusiast.
Fitness Personal Training: one-on-one training with a Tidewater trainer. Includes personalized exercise program.
Fitness Semi-Private Training: up to four-on-one training with a Tidewater trainer. Includes personalized exercise program that a trainer will work through with you and up to three other clients in one session.
Fitness Group Training: up to 12-on-one training with a Tidewater trainer for Total Body Conditioning. All clients go through the same movements, but small class size allows trainers to ensure everyone maintains proper form and are educated on the elements of training.
