Sports Performance One-on-One Training: work with a sports performance coach who will lead you through a customized exercise program designed with your sport, your position in mind.
Sports Performance Semi-Private Training: up to four-on-one training with a sports performance coach who will design customized strength programs for your sport, but will run you and the other clients in the session through the same dynamic warm-up and speed and agility training.
Sports Performance Group Training: up to 12-on-one group training on speed and agility.
