With Tidewater BLAST ($349), you’ll meet with a dietitian for a personal consultation and metabolism test, undergo a fitness assessment with a personal trainer, work out for two months in a small group training session led by Tidewater’s personal trainers and attend four sessions with a nutritionist to learn more about how food and fitness work together.

ASSESSMENT (April 16-20)
Make an appointment with Tracy Conder, registered dietitian, and one of Tidewater’s Personal Trainers for a metabolism test and fitness assessment (call 757.223.5612).
You’ll learn about your body composition, how many calories you should consume and how to reach your goals. We’ll also take some BEFORE pictures so you can feel and SEE your results!
TRAINING (8 weeks!)
Jump into a small group training session! Every session is led by Tidewater’s degreed and certified personal trainers.
LEARN (Thursday’s 7-8 pm…April 26, May 10, May 24 and June 7)
Attend four nutrition sessions designed specifically for Tidewater BLAST!
