Let our staff know what you’re interested in – fitness, improving sports performance, weight loss, training for a marathon, growing stronger, moving faster or getting off the treadmill and trying a new style of fitness. Our staff will help point you to the program that best suits your needs and budget. Looking for personal training or semi-private training? Our trainers want to meet you, understand your personal goals, how you currently exercise and if you have any limitations. With that, they’ll develop your customized, SAFE, exercise plan. Looking to pop in for some group training sessions? We’d love for you to come in and meet with a trainer first, but we understand balancing work, family and your fitness life may not make it feasible. For your first group training session, we encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early to go over medical history and our liability forms and come back sometime for your free overall fitness assessment.

We believe that for you to determine if Tidewater Performance is the place for you, you need to experience our training, meet the trainers and get a feel for the center. Our promise is to bring you intense and safe workouts, so we’ll still ask that you arrive a little early to go over your medical history.
Visualize the type of training we’ll take you through. The Tidewater Performance Center offers a training experience like no other. This isn’t a big-box gym. You won’t see lines of treadmills or a lot of traditional gym equipment. You are the gym equipment. You will use your own body weight and challenge yourself with our jump ropes, Kettlebells, battle ropes, balance balls, free weights, TRX straps, platforms, Bosu Balls and more.
