Tidewater football training programs are designed to prepare you for your upcoming season as well as to help you improve on football specific combine tests such as:
- 40-yard dash
- 5-10-5 shuttle
- Broad Jump
- 3 cone drill
- Vertical jump
Then you will be tested again at the end of the session. You will have improved. No doubt about it. We will put you through the paces and you will be ready for anything a Combine has to offer.
